Do you have an existing SPCA Pet Insurance policy that started prior to 31 October 2026?

Existing SPCA Pet Insurance policyholders can continue to receive service and support and renew their policies as usual. Their existing cover and benefits remain unchanged.

Make an online claim

    • Simply log in to the SPCA Pet Insurance Portal
      • Upload a copy of both the itemised invoice and the consultation notes from your vet visit. 
      • If you have not signed up to the SPCA Pet Insurance Portal before 31 October 2026 you will need to download and complete a Pre-Authorisation Request Form, and email it to spca@petsure.nz
